The ASICS METASPEED™ MD spike is suited to elite, competitive middle-distance track athletes (400-1500M) that allows racers to take longer strides with less effort. The thicker heel helps provide stability.

Formed with FF BLAST TURBO™ cushioning, this shoe allows you to experience a more responsive rebound at toe-off. It’s teamed with a carbon plate that catapults you forward with an extended stride length.

The outsole’s moulded spike configuration is designed to increase traction. It helps create advanced grip without causing too much resistance with the track's surface.
